How do international schools meet and maintain child safeguarding standards?

This study aims to:

1. Explore factors that support and hinder child safeguarding in international schools.

2. Explore how children are safeguarded in different international school contexts.

As such, the study will address the following research questions:

1. How do international schools safeguard children?

2. What policies and practices ensure effective child safeguarding in different international school contexts?

3. What do safeguarding professionals in the international school community perceive to support and hinder child safeguarding in international schools?

4. What are international school student perceptions and understandings of how their school safeguards them?
